Please read this Registration Agreement carefully before proceeding with your application.

By logging on to the forum for the first time you will be committing yourself to abide by our Code of Conduct throughout your membership. This includes the need to maintain total confidentiality regarding the content of the discussions. You agree not share any content with family, friends or other interested parties. This includes emails from Way Up.

You agree, through your use of this forum, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, racist, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, adult material, or otherwise in violation of any International or United Kingdom laws. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright or you have written consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also forbidden on this forum.

Users understand that should they terminate their forum membership, or their membership be terminated by Way Up, their user name (but not their personal details) will remain visible to all other users unless anonymisation is specifically requested in accordance with GDPR at the time. All posts that an individual member has contributed to the forum will not be deleted as their removal would prejudice the purpose of Way Up.

In line with our GDPR responsibilities, if a member's account is inactive for a period of 12 months, it will be closed and all associated personal data will be deleted from our systems.

After accepting this agreement, you will be able to fill out a detailed profile. It is your responsibility to present clear, complete and accurate information and maintain such information on an ongoing basis. Any information the forum owner or staff determines to be inaccurate or vulgar in nature will be removed, with or without prior notice. Appropriate sanctions may be applicable.

As part of the application process you will be asked to confirm further details and basic identity checks will be undertaken before your account can be approved. We reserve the right to decline applications.

Information provided on application will only ever be used by Way Up. We will never pass on your details to any other organisation, unless we are legally required to. Further details about how we use your data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Please note that with each post, your IP address is recorded, in the event that you need to be banned from this forum or your ISP contacted. This will only happen in the event of a major violation of this agreement.

Also note that the software places a cookie, a text file containing bits of information (such as your username and password), in your browser's cache. This is ONLY used to keep you logged in/out. The software does not collect or send any other form of information to your computer.

You will be asked to provide a personal email address on registration.
For security reasons, we do not accept applications using an email address associated with any business, workplace or club etc.  Please only apply using a personal email address.


With this user account you are about to register, you agree to never give your password out to another person except an administrator, for your protection and for validity reasons. You also agree to NEVER use another person's account for any reason.  We also HIGHLY recommend you use a complex and unique password for your account, to prevent account theft.

Please also take a moment to think about a neutral and appropriate username before starting your application.

We're sorry, but we are not able to accept usernames that contain any of the following:
- your email address
- simple initials e.g. SD or ABC
- your partner's name


Please choose a username that is meaningful and personal to you - that perhaps reflects who you are, where you are, or your interests e.g. "Monty the Gardener", "Robin from Sherwood Forest" or "Rugby-loving Roxy".
